Could you tell us whether your activities have been linked to the Second Plan of the Heaven in Japan? Also, could you tell us your present feeling after about 20 years have passed since then?

I have been looking forward to meeting you. Though I had never thought I would have been kept at a distance so much, I am very happy to be able to join your plan at last.
Concerning your question, there can never be no relation between your plan actually carried out on your world called Earth and our plan. Adjusting everything to the timing, cooperating together both from inside and outside of Earth, we all have come to this planet to bring this Earth to the splendid situation by assisting with the shift up of Earth, the spiritual growth.
So, of course, we have known exactly this salvation plan in the spiritual world of Earth. Since we have come out adjusting to that timing based on the plan, it should have been linked properly to that period.

You also asked me how I feel after a couple of decades. As Harold mentioned a while ago, he seemed to have judged at that stage that the plan had been failed. However, I have kept on working on Earth after that, and we have kept on telling the Cosmic Divine Truth through many channelers without giving up.
I wanted to do as much as possible, and Harold's role was more like an inspector, but I thought I would do as much as possible so that I looked for the channelers who would receive my words all over the world, and kept on sending the same massages passionately. Now you seem to be creating a spiritual culture, in your words, but I am the one who kept on trying to give messages to Earth people that the world you can see is not everything, that beings like us surely exist in other planets, somewhere in Universe even though you cannot sense this. But, in that sense, I have really, passionately waited for this moment with an excitement that Earth spiritual region started a plan like this again and the time has come for us to work together.
So, I am delighted that I came to give messages to you, and I am overjoyed with the feeling of achievement that I kept on doing. The last person who I would contact was supposed to be El-Kantala. For I was going to come out there, it has got a much more important significance that I give you messages instead of El-Kantala.
I sent my messages all over the world, and especially in Japan, there are many channelers. Even in Japan, there have been many public sessions. That is because Japan is a very delicate place in terms of its spiritual magnetic field, corresponding to the center of Earth, both in its spiritual meaning and in terms of receiving our words. Considering these facts, we have been sending messages.
